In celebration of our 5th year, we decided to rename the studio and draw attention to the ART of capturing life's milestones. Dianna Allen Portrait Design is the new business name (dba/DA! Portrait Design) but that's all that's changed...so far. While offering the same awesome photographic and artistic services, we will continue to grow our skills, promising to remain on the cutting edge of our industry's technology advances.
The digital evolution has allowed me to combine my long time love of photography with my passion for creativity. I strive to capture the emotions that surround the images so your memories can be complete. Anyone with a camera can take a picture, but knowing how to turn that picture into a work of art is what sets us apart from the competition and the amateurs. Using digital design techniques and technology, these images can be presented to tell your story for generations to come in various forms of medium. These include prints, albums, hardback books, videos, or other electronic media.
We strive to provide our clients with a comfortable and clean studio environment with a touch of class. Client satisfaction will remain one of our highest goals. And, we will never forget that without God's blessings and our wonderful clients, surviving our first 5 years would not have been possible.
I am a member of the Virginia Professional Photographers Association, the Southeastern Professional Photographers Association, Professional Photographers of America, and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. Through these affiliations I have met some great photographers that are willing to pass on their expertise and help me build my skills.
